NIH Training Grant Awarded


Josephine Chandler (associate professor) is Co-Investigator on a NIH T34 training award entitled “Bridges to the Baccalaureate Research Training Program at the University of Kansas/Haskell Indian Nations University,” (PI: Amy Burgin and Co-PI: Nana Brewer). The program is a collaboration between Haskell Indian Nations University and University of Kansas and aims to prepare American Indian / Alaska Native students from Haskell a range of bioscience careers by facilitating their transition to and attainment of a degree from KU.
