KU Biology released new Podcast

Lawrence - Interview with a Biologist, the first podcast created by the University of Kansas’s Undergraduate Biology Program, is a bi-weekly interview-based podcast exploring groundbreaking scientific research.

The first episode aired January 27, 2026, and is hosted by Maria Losito, Communications Coordinator for the Undergraduate Biology Program. Joined by guests from the Department of Molecular Biosciences and Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and beyond, the podcast strives to share scientific information and recent research in a way that is accessible to listeners of all backgrounds and knowledge bases.

In the first season, listeners can expect to hear from experts studying Virology, Paleontology, Immunology, and so much more!
